방음이 생각보다 괜찮고 아주 깨끗하며 쾌적합니다.
단수, 벌레등의 문제 없었으나 오후 3~4시경 잠깐 전기가 끊어지는 경우가 있습니다. 시간이 길진 않고 약 20~30초정도 그러는 것 같아요.
투몬시내와도 가깝고 투몬 비치도 가까워 렌트를 하지 않았다면 상당히 괜찮은 선택입니다.
수영장은 살짝 작은 편입니다.

신축이라 해변 리조트보다 시설은 확실히 좋습니다. TV도 유튜브 등 OTT가 나와서 편했구요. 다만 수건을 좀 넉넉히 주면 더 좋을 듯 합니다. 첫날이나 마지막날 0.5박 하기에 최적입니다.

Hotel Tano Guam에서 2박 동안 정말 편하게 지냈습니다.
다른 리뷰에서 보이던 커튼/단수/바퀴벌레 문제는 전혀 없었고, 객실도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있었습니다.
특히 스태프 Jessie와 Dino가 너무 친절했어요.
아이와 함께 머무는 동안 조금 난감한 상황도 있었는데 “걱정하지 말라”며 먼저 도와주고, 체크아웃 시간 때문에 곤란해지지 않도록 레이트 체크아웃도 먼저 제안해줬습니다.
공항 택시까지 직접 챙겨주어서 아이랑 짐 때문에 힘들 뻔한 부분을 정말 편하게 해결할 수 있었습니다.
호텔 안의 편의점도 진짜 구세주 같았습니다.
아이 컨디션이 안 좋아서 간단한 식사가 필요했는데, 편의점에서 파는 햇반과 김 덕분에 큰 도움이 됐어요. 필요한 물건도 거의 다 있고, 가격도 마트 대비 비싸지 않았습니다.
예전에 괌에서 5성급 호텔에 묵었는데,
여기는 그에 못지않고 오히려 더 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요.
다음에 괌에 오면 반드시 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다!
Had an amazing 2-night stay at Hotel Tano Guam.
Despite some reviews mentioning curtain issues, water outages, or bugs,
We experienced none of those — our room was clean and everything was well maintained.
The staff were truly exceptional, especially Jessie and Dino.
We had a few stressful moments traveling with kids, but they reassured us,
Helped without hesitation, and even offered a late checkout because of our flight time.
They also assisted us all the way to the airport taxi, which was a huge help with kids and luggage.
The convenience store inside the hotel was a lifesaver.
Our child wasn’t feeling well, and the instant rice and seaweed available there.
Helped us so much. They had everything we needed, and the prices were very reasonable, not more expensive than supermarkets.
We stayed at a 5-star hotel during our previous trip to Guam,
But this place was honestly just as comfortable — if not better in many ways.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next Guam trip!
