수영장 너무 관리가 안되고 있습니다. 타올도 매일 부족하고 호텔에서 가져다 쓰라네요. 바닦은 거의 대부분 뜯겨지고 물도 너무 더럽습니다. 예약을 했는데 자기들 실수로 체크인이 늦어졌는데 누구하나 사과없고 기다리라고만 하고 짜증냄. 3박4일동안 5시 넘어서 들어와도 방 정리가 하나도 안되있고 해달라 해도 아무런 조치가 없습니다. 서비스가 완전히 안좋음. 왠만하면 돈 더주고 좋은데 가는게 좋을 듯. 좀 싼맛에 왔다가 크게 실망 했습니다. 드랍, 픽업 서비스도 신청했는데 예약이 안되있다고 하고… 모든 예약정보는 반드시 출력해서 가시길 바랍니다.

워터파크가 최고좋으며 직원들 모두 너무 친절. 화, 목에 진행하는 전통놀니체험과 공연. 무료로 재공되는간단한 식사. 다 너무 좋았음. 특히 파도풀에서 Jelly가 서핑을 아이에게 가르쳐주어서 아이에게 너무 좋은 추억이됨. 위치가 좀 시내와 떨어져있지만 가까이에 식당과 슈퍼마켓이 있고, 호텔룸 카펫청소 상태는 좀 미흡한면이 있으나 렌트카를 이용하니 불편한줄 모르고 잘 지냈음. 투몬의 많은 호텔을 묵어봤지만 바다수영이 좀 아쉽다는것
외에는 대체로 만족스러운 숙소였다.
The water park was outstanding, and all staff members were incredibly kind and welcoming.
We especially loved the traditional cultural experiences and performances offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with the complimentary light meals.
A special highlight was Jelly at the wave pool, who kindly taught my child how to surf — it became a wonderful and lasting memory.
While the hotel is slightly removed from downtown Tumon, there are nearby restaurants and a supermarket, and renting a car made transportation very convenient.
Although the room carpet could use better cleaning, it did not detract much from our overall experience.
Having stayed at many hotels in Tumon, we found this property to be very satisfying overall, except for limited ocean swimming opportunities.
